Shishir Gupta is an engineer with an MBA and over 25 years of global experience in construction, land development, and business leadership.

Having worked across international markets, Shishir brings a broad, global understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and sourcing strategies.

His extensive network allows RE Developers to access high-quality, globally sourced materials and products, giving clients options that go beyond standard, off-the-shelf solutions. He leads the technical execution of each project with a focus on structural integrity, efficiency, and long-term value. His ability to combine engineering precision with business acumen ensures that every home is built responsibly, intelligently, and with enduring quality.

Shaguni Gupta

Shaguni Gupta brings over 12 years of experience in architecture, residential design, and interior design, shaped by a lifelong exposure to construction and development.

With a trained eye for space, proportion, and materiality, she approaches each project as both an architect and a designer. Her work is defined by refined layouts, elegant interiors, and a strong understanding of how people actually live in their homes.

Anju Gupta

Anju Gupta is a civil engineer who brings both technical expertise and a deeply personal perspective to the RE Developers team.
